Using My Resources And Other Work

Hey, everyone!
I get a lot of people asking me how they are allowed to use my resources that I make available to you, so I thought it was about time that I made a sort of guide to tell you how you can use them.
FREE ITEMS
If an item is tagged with "-FREE-" in the title, then you can use it any way you want. Whether it be for print, digital, personal or commercial, it's up to you. The only requirements that I have for this is that you do not make my work available elsewhere without my permission, posting it and having it link back to my original post if fine, but no making it available for download directly from where you post it. I would also ask that you credit me if you use my work, but of course it's not required, it just helps me a lot if you do.
PREMIUM ITEMS
This is just a fancy way of me saying that you have to pay for these. These are not tagged with anything, but this only applies to items that are clearly resources. For these it is actually illegal to make them available for free without my permission, you can get fined a lot of money so don't do it!

My photos are all done for fun, but that does not mean that you can go using them all willy nilly. DeviantART does have a copyright policy which you should read HERE. Most work that is posted here is automatically protected by copyright law. If you wish to use my photos then please ask for permission.
OTHER WORK
Now for all of my other bits of work that I post here on DeviantART, simply do not use them unless I give you permission. I am usually fairly understanding and will get you permission if you simply ask for it, but if you don't and I find my work being used in an unlawful way then I can give you and cease and desist letter which if not followed will result in a lot of money coming out of your pockets. This applies for nearly everything I posted aside from free items.
